Stapleton Realty was established in 1981 by Maureen Stapleton, a veteran of real estate sales and services in the Lake County region. A product of Oconomowoc, Maureen received her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Merchandising and then went on to obtain her Masters' Degree in Vocational Education. After qualifying as a professor, she taught at the University of Wisconsin Stout prior to returning to her hometown. Having a love and knowledge of the area, she then began her career in real estate which has now spanned almost thirty years. She has been intricately involved in community affairs having served as President of the Chamber of Commerce for two terms and receiving the prestigious honor of "Citizen of the Year" in 1985. She continues to serve as a Board Director at 1St Bank Financial Centre, and was a founder of the Oconomowoc Area Foundation. Maureen is dedicated to making Stapleton Realty the best full service real estate company in the region, and hopes you agree.

Shay Froemming, GRI, ABR

Shay successfully achieved his real estate license in November of 2005 and in his first year he sold 12 houses. Upon receiving his real estate license he also has obtained his associates Degree in Accounting from WCTC, and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting with a minor in economics at Carroll College. While enrolled at Carroll College, Shay played on the college's baseball team as a pitcher. He received pitcher of the year and all-conference pitcher! Shay enjoys many activities such as softball, bowling, hunting, downhill skiing and barefoot water skiing. In fact, he rolled six 300 games in his life! Not to mention, he is an Oconomowoc High School Alumni!

Anne Geyman

Born in upstate New York, Anne moved to Wisconsin in 1983, and fell in love with the Lake Country area. Charlotte earned a Bachelor's Degree in communication from UW Milwaukee, along with her BS in nursing. After working in area hospitals she started in real estate in 1990.
