Stapleton Realty was established in 1981 by Maureen Stapleton, a veteran of real estate sales and services in the Lake County region. A product of Oconomowoc, Maureen received her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Merchandising and then went on to obtain her Masters' Degree in Vocational Education. After qualifying as a professor, she taught at the University of Wisconsin Stout prior to returning to her hometown. Having a love and knowledge of the area, she then began her career in real estate which has now spanned almost thirty years. She has been intricately involved in community affairs having served as President of the Chamber of Commerce for two terms and receiving the prestigious honor of "Citizen of the Year" in 1985. She continues to serve as a Board Director at 1St Bank Financial Centre, and was a founder of the Oconomowoc Area Foundation. Maureen is dedicated to making Stapleton Realty the best full service real estate company in the region, and hopes you agree.

TODD WEHMEYER

I have been enjoying everything the Oconomowoc area has to offer since 1968 and have been a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Broker since 1984, helping many find their dream home. JUDY CHRISTENSEN

Bonnie Lewis-Tschannen

Bonnie's research enthusiasm started at Carroll College (Univeristy) where she majored in Communications witha n emphasis in Journalism. She has worked in several facets of real estate including; commercial/residential appraisal, property management, development and most recently sales. in addition to being part of Stapleton Realty sales group, she owns Compass Point Consulting, LLC, which aids commerical appraisers with their research needs. Bonnie is active member of the Oconomowoc Area Chamber of Commerce as well as President of Greener Oconomowoc. Also being a life long resident of Waukesha County she has a great appreciation for what Lake Country has to offer.

Rob Zeutzius

As a lifelong resident, raised in Hartland with family in Lake Country, I’m well acquainted with real estate in our area.
